The idea of starting this venture began to form when we noticed entrepreneurs, friends, businesswomen, and colleagues struggling to stay afloat profitably. Meet Jeremiah Crafton

Jeremiah was juggling between working in the shipping area of a small company in the daytime and at night he was pursuing his Master’s degree in accounting. Though he worked in an accounting management position, his passion for technology and the art of solving problems knew no bounds. Finally, he took a leap of faith and become a Senior Business Analyst. Mastering and excelling at all the core products such as Excel, SQL, and SAP, and many more made him equipped to deliver more innovative and proven systems.

While he was on a spree to upgrade himself and honing his skills at every level, little did he know, he would be recommended for a CFO position of a young company. He empowered a team that was not only financially secure but also technically sound and poised for future growth and scaling with his creative solutions to business and finance.

Meet Juliann Crafton

Juliann didn't come from a posh background or luxurious lifestyle; she earned her way up the ladder with each step. Growing up, Juliann spent most of her time learning and exploring her family's restaurant business. Even before she was 18, she was multitasking as a hostess, washing dishes, progressing to sous chef, and managing the front of the house amidst the chaos. By 20, she had her college degree and real estate license, which marked her entry into the administrative world.

Raising her two sons was a beautiful phase, and after they were a little older, she immersed herself in work. She worked her way up from Director of Purchasing to become the COO of the entire company, taking it from earning $250,000 per year in sales to a remarkable $30 million.

Meet Juliann Crafton

Juliann didn't come from a posh background or luxurious lifestyle; she earned her way up the ladder with each step. Growing up Juliann spent most of her time learning and exploring her family's restaurant business. Even before she was 18, she was multitasking with being a hostess, washing dishes, graduating to Sioux chef, and also managing the front of the house in the chaos.

By 20 she had her College degree and Real Estate License with her and with this, she embarked onto her administrative world. Raising her two sons was a beautiful phase and after they were a little older, she immersed herself into the work. She worked her way up from Director of Purchasing to become the COO of the entire company and taking it from earning
